What are your qualification and experience?
I am a fully qualified level 4 Beauty Therapist and i continue to refresh, update and expand my qualifications, to offer my clients a professional service.
I have a successful career in leadership, customer service and project management spanning more than 30 years. Like many teenagers, I had problems with my skin and that is where my passion for skincare began. Over the years I researched the best products and ingredients to use for the changes in my skin and helped friends, family and colleagues find the right products and treatments for their needs. Eventually I decided to make my interest in skincare formal, and began training to be a professional Beauty Therapist - I am now qualified to level 4.
Why don’t you offer nails and lashes?
I am a professional facial and massage therapist and my focus is to provide the best treatments and services for each of my clients.
Why do you only offer one to one appointments?
By offering one-to-one appointments, we can devote our full attention to each client, addressing their unique circumstances and providing them with the highest level of service.
Do you provide hair removal treatments?
Absolutely, we offer professional hair removal services using Electrolysis.
Who will carry out the treatment?
Appointments are on a one to one basis and all treatments are carried out by me. I am a level 4 qualified beauty therapist, specialising in facial and massage treatments. I am fully licensed to carry out Electrolysis by the local authority and fully insured for the treatments I offer.
Will you try to sell me products?
No, I don’t sell retail products because I don’t want my client’s to feel obliged to buy products from me.
I use a professionals only cosmeceutical range for my treatments and as part of the treatments I offer, I complete a consultation with you, to understand your current skincare routine, skin concerns and requirements. I will recommend appropriate treatments to suit your needs and explain why I believe those treatments will benefit you.
